i was truly shocked that such an 'upscale' place could have air conditioning that's as noisy as a freight train! oh, and let's not forget the embarrassment of having to wait for my grabfood delivery, only to find the receptionist barely spoke english. you’d think for the price, they would have upgraded my room or at least provided a complimentary snack, but alas, was not the case. so disappointing!
